Applications to register as a volunteer may be approved/not approved at our own sole discretion. You are not guaranteed to be accepted as a volunteer and we are under no obligation to explain why you may not have been approved to our panel. We also reserve the right to terminate the panel membership of any person at any time and without reason.

We are under no obligation to offer any studies to any particular panel members. Our selection processes vary and are dependant on many factors. If we are unable to select you for a study, we are under no obligation to explain why you may not have been selected.

You will be provided with a user account for this website using the email address and password which you created at registration. This may be used to view all website content and to allow you to like/comment on posts or to contact our recruitment team through web chat.

We reserve the right to remove any panel members who use the website in any way which is, in our opinion, inappropriate, without reason and at any time.

You consent to providing us with the information on the registration form and to us using that information in line with our Privacy Policy.

You consent to receiving communications from us regarding studies which we feel may be suitable for you.

You understand that you are free to withdraw as a panel member at any time.

You understand that we may contact you for further information on your health, body and lifestyle in order that we can offer you other studies. An example of this is knowing that you have sensitive skin. This would make you eligible for specific studies of this type.

If you are offered, and accept a study, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the study. You will be provided these before you consent to taking part.
