What types of Dental Studies do we have?

What is a Dental Study?

Our dental studies can vary from measuring the fluoride and calcium levels in your saliva to evaluating a new power toothbrush. You will have assessments carried out by our study dentist in our purpose build dental suite.

If you are accepted onto our dental study, you will be given full instructions on how to use the test material/product.

 

What do I need to do in a Dental Study?

You will be required at attend the test site between 1-5 times, depending on the study requirements. You will also be given a list any restrictions before taking part.On your study visits you will have a dental examination carried out by our study dentist and various assessments will be taken. You will remain in the test centre until each visit is complete.

 

General Inclusion Criteria (*some studies may have more requirements) 

Male & Female

Aged 18-70

May be required to have a minimum number of natural teeth.

 

General Exclusion Criteria (*some studies may have more requirements)

Those who have oral piercings.

Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Those with braces.

Those with severe oral problems.

 

How much expense’s will I receive for taking part?

On completion of this study, you will receive between £50 and £200 expenses in the form of a cheque in your own name.
